He studied at the Stanford University (Biologic Science), UC Davis School of Medicine and University of California, San Francisco (Family Practice). He also directs the George Washington University’s Global Health MPH Program and holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of California at San Francisco School of Medicine and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
